Retailer Terms & Discount Schedule

Net 30 days with credit approval. FOB Claremont, NH. Shipment will be via UPS unless otherwise stipulated.

Schedule A - Returnable
1-4 copies, 35% (pre-paid, no invoicing)
5+ copies, single or assorted titles, 45%
Libraries, 35%

Schedule B - Non-returnable
1-4 copies, 35% (pre-paid, no invoicing)
5-9 copies, single or assorted titles, 45%
10+ copies, single or assorted titles, 50%

Return Policy

No cash refunds—credit only. We will not accept returns within 90 days of invoice (except for author event orders) and full credit is given for books that are in print and returned within 2 years from the date of invoice and must be accompanied by original invoice number. Returns will be denied on books that have been declared OP/OSI for 6 months.
